The Delta DIA-IPC series is an industrial box PC optimized for Delta-automated production environments, providing native integration with Delta PLCs, servo drives, and VFDs via dedicated expansion cards. It features Intel Core i5/i7 processors with up to 16 GB DDR4 RAM, running Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise for HMI, SCADA, and data acquisition applications. The fanless chassis with finned aluminium cooling maintains reliable operation from -20°C to 60°C without derating, making it suitable for non-conditioned factory floor environments. Dual Gigabit Ethernet with Intel i210 controllers supports Delta's DMCNET and EtherCAT motion networks alongside standard IT networking. Two PCIe/PCI expansion slots accept Delta-specific communication cards (DMCNET master, EtherCAT master, CANopen) as well as standard fieldbus interfaces, providing direct motion control capability without external gateway hardware.
