The Delta ASDA-A2 series is a flagship servo drive engineered for applications requiring high dynamic response and precise motion control. Its 2 kHz velocity loop bandwidth enables rapid settling times and minimal following error in high-speed pick-and-place and assembly applications. The 20-bit encoder resolution ensures ultra-smooth low-speed torque ripple elimination, critical for scanning and contouring operations. Built-in electronic cam, positioning table, and PR position control modes eliminate the need for a separate motion controller in many standalone axis applications. The drive supports CANopen, DMCNET, and pulse-train command interfaces for flexible integration into diverse automation architectures.
