Weidmuller — Remote I/O Systems
The Weidmuller u-remote I/O system is engineered for space-constrained applications, featuring the industry's most compact I/O housing with an integrated service bus for online module replacement. Modules can be hot-swapped without disconnecting field wiring, drastically reducing mean time to repair (MTTR). The system supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT via interchangeable bus couplers. A unique color-coded mechanical coding system prevents module misidentification during installation, enhancing system reliability.
