Schneider Electric — Variable Frequency Drives
The Schneider Altivar ATV12 is a micro variable-frequency drive engineered for simple machines and small conveyor systems where space and budget are constrained. It delivers sensorless vector control for 3-phase induction motors from 0.18 kW to 7.5 kW with excellent low-speed torque. The drive is supplied with a built-in EMC filter compliant with EMC Class C2, and includes a removable graphical terminal for local configuration and monitoring. The ATV12 supports Modbus RTU serial communication as standard, with an integrated CANopen interface on select models. Its compact form factor (as slim as 72 mm) allows side-by-side mounting without derating, maximizing panel density.
