The Beckhoff C6025 is the smallest industrial PC in the Beckhoff portfolio, purpose-built for cost-sensitive automation and edge computing applications where performance is balanced against size and thermal constraints. It is powered by a dual-core Intel Atom x5-E3930 processor with 4 GB RAM, sufficient for running TwinCAT 3 runtime, OPC UA server, and basic visualization without external hardware. The entirely fanless design with passive heat dissipation through the aluminium finned enclosure allows reliable 24/7 operation in ambient temperatures up to 55°C. Despite its 99 x 97 x 30 mm size, it includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, DisplayPort, and optional fieldbus interfaces (PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP) for direct integration with automation networks. Low power consumption below 12 W makes it suitable for deployment in energy-sensitive installations such as mobile machinery and renewable energy systems where traditional PC solutions are impractical.
